Hey everyone,

I had a horrible incident today when I came home my baby leucistic was hanging upside down on the temperature gauge. Some how he pulled the gauge up and became attached to the back of it. When I went in to rescue him he squirmed and literally ripped off a big piece of his skin or scales off. Now he is missing a huge chunk of his skin and all that is showing is the muscle tissue in the area. Will this heal? Do I need to take him to the vet or can I take care of it myself? What could I do to keep infection out? neosporin or etc? Can anything be done to help him. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much,

Shannon Tumblin
