If you followed my post below...I wanted to tell you guys that the pastel made it to Portland in 12 hours. The new owner said she thought he was a bit cold, but he was fine, and she was excited at how good he looked. I only used the one heat pack, and I adhered one side to the top. I figured the snake was probably about 70 degrees, which is not life threatning, but very cold to our touch. Is this usually how it works? Or should the snake actually been kept in the 80s ?
