I am making two 4 1/2'x1'x1' cages (basically two 20g long(standard) tanks end to end) out of 1/8th inch thick glass for two corn snakes. I was wondering where, if possible, I can get the molding (like on normal store bought cages) for these. I was also wondering how I should do a top, as the snakes are pretty strong and should have no problem pushing out of rubber banded screen. Is it possible to do a sliding screen for this type of cage? Maybe 2 screens? Any pointers and other help are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
