Chris is correct, I used white drylock on the walls and floor.

I must admit, the electrical work WAS a nightmare. I was really worried when I started to see how much wattage I was going to use. I had a contractor friend over to inspect, and he ended up wiring the whole cage to an unused baseboard heater breaker, which is 20 amp, then I felt better.
