So what methods have you tried? My reluctant feeders are placed in opaque deli cups or brown paper bags overnight with a f/t pinkie. If they haven't eaten it by morning, I wait until the following week and try again with a live pinkie. I have a few 2006 hatchlings that have gone 2-3 weeks without eating, and for the most part I don't worry.

Unless you're seeing weight loss or signs of dehydration, I wouldn't worry... although you did mention it was a petsmart purchase. Have you had the snake examined by a vet, or had any fecal tests done?
