Are you talking about Westerns? If so, I have an '05 male that's about the same size as yours (13-14" and he'll be 2 in June/July. If the female's smaller than him you got a ways to go before she is ready to breed because a sexually mature female hog is a good deal larger than her male counterpart. Good luck.
