Posted by: eppyemmy at Sat Mar 31 03:26:44 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by eppyemmy ] my baby gecko just turned two months old and i read up that getting them accustomed to handling is best when they are young. he has been out only three times since i've got him, twice he crawled into my hand by himself, and i just let him crawl on me and didnt touch him much. the first time i picked him up behind his front legs, he squeaked a bit, but he was fine afterwards. he's a little skittish, and he's resisted crawling into my hand lately. last week was when i had him out. i know i dont want to overhandle him, but it'd be cool if he'd cooperate. any advice? am i doing anything wrong, etc? thanks!!
