I have a pair of Western Hognoses which are around 20" - 22". I only just purchased them, and I don't know much about breeding snakes, I have never been succesful before. They have also not been brumated at all.
Today I saw the male and the female lying side by side, with the males head resting on top of the female. Every now and again he would start to wiggle on top of her and (I only assume) trying to lift her tail up, however it did not seem as though they were 'connected'. If anyone could give me some advice, I would really appreciate it. I have taken some pictures which I could post, if that would help.
Thanks ----- Katie
