This happens to mine quite often. I simply carry them over to the sink and using a wet Q-tip (warm water) wet the skin and roll it off their toes. You can roll underneath their "feet" to get the skin off.

When they are about to shed, I spray water in their cage to raise the humidity, and this helps with the shed.
