Well you will need to get a temp gun or digital probe thermoemter to measure those temps. If to hot you could be cooking the leo. If you have a UTH and a RED BULB, it should be ok but if you have s regular heat lamp 9 outta 10 it's too hot. SHould only be 85-90 at most on the hot side. Yes mealies that is what they are.
