Posted by: vtec at Tue Apr 10 20:46:01 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by vtec ] One of our SHTCTB laid this 1.5 weeks ago, the one pictured is the fertile one and the other was infertile. At first we did not see any veins inside of it but we decided to incubate anyway and after about 3-4 days we finally saw a red spot inside. There has only been slight growth within the egg (redness) since we first noticed the appearance of red and I was just wondering if this was normal. Some other pics I see of candled eggs on the net @ 2 weeks appear to have much more growth inside. [ Hide Replies ]
