Posted by: fattiesnleos at Wed Apr 11 20:24:57 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by fattiesnleos ] well i have the same problem with one of my 13 eggs. the egg that i have was one of my females first egg and was a sigle cluth or (non clutch i guess). this egg has not indented but it has not grown any veins. it is yellow when candled but white otherwise and has a sindle red line/vein. it has been a few weeks now and it looks bigger then it was however another set of eggs that were layed on the same day have so many veins it is difficult to candle now. this particular egg still only has 1 single red vein on the side of it. i am just calling it the living vein for now and hope if it does hatch it does not have any problems. it obviously is living but its just strange and i have a feeling it will eventually die. i would just leave it alone until it is obviously dead. this egg is also from a fattail and the others that were layed on the same day are leo eggs but it doesnt really make a difference because i have other fattie eggs that were layed later and have obvious veins everywhere. this egg is also being incubated for female. | ||
