That was also written in 2004, and much research has been done since then.

Personally everything i have read in book and internet, (from reputable breeders), i will not refer to just any website, that they say they should be put in the incubator just as they were layed. No messing around with them. I personally do this each time and have no problems. I have moved one onaccident and it didn't make it. So from my experience i take them out right as soon as she lays them and they go immediatly in the icubator. If temps are not correct right away for them, then they tend to be infertile duds.

So make sure they are in the incubator ASAP....you should have made the incubator when you first put them together and had it up and running to make sure temps and humidty were spot on.

If you have done the research you say then this would have all been cleared up before you even decided to put the male with the female!
