No don't move him into a seperate tank. Just leave him be! Keep trying crickets and mealies. Try feeding the mealies out of tweezers, and try the baby food on the mouth and see if that works, all of these things will need to be tryed several times, and kept up on. Sorry to hear about your g/f, but just to let you know your leo may need you just as much.

What are your temps at? Has he been pooping at all? Try leaving a dish a mushed mealies and crickets and see if he may eat them on his own.
