The one on the right is humid, the one in the middle is not misted, and is bare but for a little bit of moss that is left in there. I was filling it back up, but every night my gecko would kick it out. My humid hide just has paper towels in it, which I spray down nightly. I use two squares, and I only change the paper out every few weeks, because it doesn't mold out when the water evaporates. The hides have electrical tape around the outside, and on the lid, to prevent light from entering.

My gecko loves his hides. He's always in one of the two, except after feeding when he goes under the pot.
