i got my leo out about 20 mins ago to try feed him mealie smush, and i noticed he's been sat in his hide since i'd been home. when i got him out i saw what looked like a bit of dead skin on one of is back legs on the inside of the knee joint, but a closer inspection (he was nice enough to lay still while i softly held him on his back) and it looks like he's cut himself somehow. it's only a little cut, although the skin around it is "fraying" a little bit. i didnt realise this last time i got him out, and dont want it to turn infectious or anything. will the cut be fine n heal on its own or will i need to get him to the vet asap? he doesnt look uncomfortable, doesnt keep shuffling and can still walk and jump onto my face fine, and doesnt have a limp or a gimpy walk, but i'd rather know what to do. google didnt help at all, anything less specific and i would have been even furhter away from an answer.
