LOL I'm sure they will figure it out. Try using a bowl that they can't see through, it will stop them from trying to eat the bowl instead of the worms.

You could also try placing their front feet on the edge of the bowl and drop a few worms into it while they are up there, they may then notice where the worms are and how to get to them.
