The same thing happened to my Eastern Painted. I put her in a new, much bigger tank. I added her little cave and the same decorations, but she also hid under the basking ramp for about three days. She didn't even want her red wiggler worms. (Her favorite) But after about three or four days she started to explore, and now is eating and doing just fine.
