Well, I am not sure how to connect a thermostat, but I thought of a suggestion that might help. From what I've read, incubator temps can fluctuate as a result from room temp changes. Maybe you could just put your incubator in an area of the house where temps don't vary as much? Sorry I can't help more, but maybe this was something that was overlooked.
