Posted by: Jipjap at Tue May 1 07:26:36 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Jipjap ] So you suggest that i leave the heat lamp on from 8PM-8AM and the UTH on all day as normal? I have read that for some reason the red lamp does not confuse them between night and day as the heat lamp i have is red). She sits in her hide all day (Normal) and under the hide is subtrate and then the UTH. The heat lamp is at the opposite end of my 2 and a half foot tank. This temp above the UTH is always nice and warm so what you are suggesting makes sense in the fact that i leave the heat lamp on all night 8PM-8AM. Please can you confirm i have got it right this time. [ Hide Replies ]
