undigested food

My new baby leopard gecko refused to eat crickets and was eating mini meal worms. About 4-5 the past two nights. This morning I found what was a clump of totally undigested meal worms. It looked like maybe he pooped it at or could it be thrown up? I couldn't really tell. Whats wrong with him?
