Posted by: hpimichael02 at Sun Sep 16 22:49:57 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by hpimichael02 ] Fire ants huh ? , lol i also house my Cyclura outside, and only find that ants to be a pain in my rear end when i leave sugar filled fruits outside like banana's and grapes and things of that nature, since ants like moist sugar'y foods, but yet i have to find a firant in any of my cages, only the black ants, i do how ever find that fire ants are attracted to blood and open flesch, and have had a problem with them before when my rhino had a nose rub issue and make it bleed the ants came but other than that ants shouldnt be a problem, how ever i do put firant killer and other bug killer outside my cage every month and every three months i put it in the cage(takeing the rhino's out for about 2 days)... but maybe i just have good luck... | ||
