Any lettuces are bad for your iggy. All lettuces lack the nutrients iguanas need. Sure it tastes good and your iggy will chow it down but your iggy may become a "lettuce junkie" and start rejecting the good greens he/she should be getting. Try to avoid feeding lettuces! Collards, dandelion greens, mustard greens are good choices, as well as some others.
