First off, separate them. They are stressing each other to the point it is affecting their health. They need their own enclosures or a divider down the center of the existing enclosure. Igs are ver territorial.

Make sure they are warm enough and fed well and the tails will grow back. Depending on how old they are, it may take only a few months.
