Posted by: Paradon at Wed Feb 6 19:18:51 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Paradon ] I follow Melissa Kaplan diet which is basically 45% veggies like parsnips, winter squash, green beans, sugar snap peas, snow peas, and rabbit pellets (alfalfa), and 40-45% greens like collard, mustard, dandelion, and escarole. Everyother week I tend to add food that are rather high in calcium oxalate and goitrogen for variety like kale, brussel sprouts, bok choy, chards, etc...but I make sure that those food make no more than 1/3 of the total diet.
