The temps and UV must be right, along with good humidity. It's hard to get the humidity high enough in most iguana set ups, so misting twice daily or soaking in a warm bath for 15-20 min helps. Once all of this is in place, the appetite can be at a normal level. There is a post below with a good list of foods, otherwise check out the iguana den website or green iguana society website for a great list of foods to eat. A variety is best. Once the set up is ideal, the natural diet of greens with a little squash/veggies and just a little bit of fruit will put weight on the ig. | ||
