Nose Bashing

My baby girl was a rescue iguana, she is approx. 2-3 years old. Wwhen we got her she had taken some damage to her nose. Her enclosure is 7 ft tall, with 3 walls and 1 thick mesh side. She keeps banging her poor nose on the walls and is really starting to cause damage to it. She is missing teeth and skin it doesn't seem to be healing at all. Any advice?
