How wide is the cage? I'm wondering if she has enough room for her length and can she climb up easily enough by use of branches or shelves. Are the walls wood or plexiglass/glass? Where is she located, by a window or in a room by herself? I might consider switching her to another cage altogether. What are her temps?

Treating the nose may require a vet visit. That area is VERY slow to heal. I would keep a triple antibiotic ointment on it daily and make sure she can eat.
