The grass is okay, but the dandelions are much better! In fact, they are loaded with calcium, and are probably the single best food that you can offer your Iguana.

Some grasses are extremely high in protein, especially when fresh and green. I usually offer naturally sun dried grass if I offer any at all. Timothy hay is a safe healthy grass, so is Burmuda.

Depending on where you live, you may have seasonal "Cheeseweed", which my Rhino, and Chuckwallas love.
