I'd like to mirror some of what John said. Any animal (or any unique "thing" really) is worth what the highest bidder is willing to pay for it. If you feel the animal is worth $750, buy it. But you should definitely consider MANY factors before dishing out the cash.
Age, sex, parents, WC/CB/CBB, overall health, feeding history, your plans for the future (breeding), etc...
$750 is on the high side for a BCC THAT IS ADVERTISED. However, LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of BCC go for MUCH more than that between enthusiasts and you won't see those animals advertised on kingsnake and many times, not even pictured on the forum before or after the sale. I know of several animals that were top quality (in all respects) that have recently sold for well over $2000. I have been offered multiple times that for my favorite female (she isn't leaving though).
So, the price could be too high, too low, or just right, depending on various factors.
