The main thing to remember with Ground Snakes is that they can dessicate very quickly. I have had great results keeping them on a sand/bed-a-beast ground coconut mix. Simply pour some water down the side of the enclosure into the mixture to create a moist spot that the snake can burrow into if it pleases. Do this periodically to maintain the moisture, but do not saturate all of the substrate. [ Hide Replies ]
