Another worry, Advise Needed!!

I get a Hypo Sonoran shipped to me today and when I got her there was some stuck scales from a bad shed and whistle when she breathed. I put her in a humid box and it seemed that the whistling almost immediately stopped and she even shed some (not all) of the extra scales. But now I found a spot of brown flattened scales that looked peculiar. I took a pic of it. I have no idea if this is something I should be worried about or not. Any thoughts?
