Posted by: STUART at Wed May 7 11:08:13 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by STUART ] Shipping prices are way up of course, but I still try to flip the bill I have always paid shipping on most things and I do spend alot of money at times but to be competitive in the reptile market I'm not sure how you don't pay shipping costs. I did get charged $162 for a 10 pound box to California. And it wasn't a large box either. I did just send a pretty large box out and was charged $120 something. Even with the smaller boxes I would say the average cost is about $60-70 now. Its only going to get worse. Definitely not worth it to flip the bill on a "normal" black rat snake. You'd be paying someone to take it from you! I remember years ago when some boxes were $25 overnight to ship, oh the good old days! [ Hide Replies ]
