Well there is no such thing as an Amazon Tree Python. No pythons in the Amazon

So you are probably talking about Amazon Tree Boas and Emerald Tree Boas. Care for them is very similar but Emeralds are less tolerant of errors. Amazons are pretty bullet proof as long as their needs are met.

Also another thing is Amazons do not sit on a straight branch like Emeralds and Green Tree Pythons do. The like to rest their body on many points so if you just have a straight branch they will more often just sit on the floor.
