I'd use a double Ranco thermostat set up which will run both stacks. However, I have heard nothing but good stuff about the Herpstat Pro thermostat. I haven't any experience with them myself and haven't talked to nearly as many as folks that use Rancos or some of the other brands that I know I don't like. But, the people I have talked to that have Herpstats, like them.
