I went out and bought the big ultratherm heat pads for my 4 foot visions and didnt like how uneven the hot spot was(100-90) directly above the heat. I bought radiant heat panels from pro products and it works perfectly. Yea the cages are expensive and so was the heat but atleast they will last a long time and work well. congrats by the way on the litter
