The shop light will have no benefit for the lizard...except to just provide light to see. He absolutely must have a UV source and calcium supplementation along with a proper diet to avoid problems later. So many lizards have metabolic bone disease from insufficient calcium. Even if you can get this guy outside into the sun every day for an hour or so, it's better than nothing.
