Soak the hondo in warm-ish water (80 degrees) for about a half hour and see if she doesn't evacuate.
Do you suspect the bedding was ingested and is now passing through? Snakes heal remarkably well but a vet visit is probably safer than a home style extraction.
Good luck, let's hope the soak lets her pass the aspen chunk.
