They've been around for a few years now, but I'm not exactly sure as to what year the hypo was introduced into the Lavender. I believe Rich Z. was the originator. They do seem to be a very sought after item lately. They get more purple and pink as they mature, and become quite beautiful. Here's a pic of one of the parents to this juvenile.
