Posted by: DMong at Tue May 27 00:21:37 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by DMong ] Well. it looks to be a Pacific Gopher(Pituophis c. catenifer), but range maps have the Bakersfield area to be located directly in a known intergrade zone where it could also possibly have some geneflow from other neighboring subspecies as well, namely the San Diego Gopher Snake(annectens). | ||
