I had about given up on her. She was not underweight, but being as late in the year as it is, I thought she wouldn't lay this year. Last year she laid her eggs (13) in mid April. Since I had seen her breeding on March 12, I was expecting eggs earlier. When mid-May rolled around, I just about gave up. I am so glad I double checked on her this morning. She ignored her nest box and laid her eggs (13 again...our lucky #) on the floor of her cage and buried them under 4 " of aspen shavings. They all look great. Now, hopefully albinos on the way!
