Posted by: MurphysLaw at Wed Jun 4 16:25:01 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by MurphysLaw ] I didnt scent.It's a very agressive snake and anything around the head will produce a strike.I found the little turd basking on our local bike trail and unlike the others he didnt roll over and play dead.The picture doesnt do the snake justice.In sunlight the yellow/gold just shines.After he/she gets settled in Im going to sex it and try to find a mate in the same area.The funny thing is the area has no ponds,a creek bed that is dry 90% of the time and Ive never in 8 years seen a frog and very few toads.We do have alot of little 4 lined lizards and massive amounts of earthworms and other bugs.
