Infected anal glands. i have had this treated on four hogs so far but i do not know the cause of it. the first one was a mex and i thought it was just a fatty build up and let it go for six months until my vet saw it and operated on her. when he lanced it gross brown puss poured out. thanks to my vet she is nice and hissy! back to her old self.
