For some reason I have mice eaters.. and in order to give them their "fill" They need to eat 2-4 mice in one setting, but then they will go 2 weeks in between feedings. I have had no problems feeding multiple rodents in one feeding. Just make sure you're feeding rodents of appropriate size and not over feeding. If you have a 1000 gram snake, feeding 2 med size rats wouldn't hurt. Like I said, My two snakes are mice eaters, don't like rats. I have a male who's just about 600 grams, and a female who's about 250 grams. Marlee (female) will eat 2 mice a week, and Oliver (male) will take 3-4 every two weeks. It seems excessive, but i haven't had any problems with it.....
