the picture is too blurry to tell. Typically the hemipenes are quite long, maybe as long as half an inch when inverted in an adult ball python and they will have a red vein. Smaller clear bumps are most likely scent glands which both male and females have.
You need to buy sexing probes to use to probe a snake, the ball tipped ones are the best. But, it is best to have somebody show you how it is done, as you can injure a snake if you push the probes in too hard. ----- PHLdyPayne
