RE: breeding hogs

Well, I live in FL, so I do not brumate mine, and they breed just fine, even double clutching.

Size and age are important for the female. If she breeds to young or too small, then she can become egg bound. As far as the season thing goes, I don't know, I have 2 westerns that laid in November, so........



It seems you have plenty of time to do research. One thing I can suggest is to NOT put them together until the female is the appropriate age / size.
