Charlie's right,...it's of the mexicana complex, and it's too bad the second pic is so blurry, but it actually looks to be a cross of either San Luis Potosi Kingsnake(L m. mexicana) x Gray Banded King(L. alterna), or Nuevo Leon Kingsnake(L. m. thayeri) x Gray-Banded King. It doesn't look to be a pure subspecies of either because of the band pattern, and the solid colored head with the very wide light neck band.
