That's EXACTLY what that looks like to me as well,.... high blotch count, unified head coloration, etc...





However, some Fox Snake experts that have owned and bred numerous foxes have stated that many times without locality data, it can sometimes be virtually impossible to tell the two apart, as they can many times resemble each other. But it certainly "looks" western for sure.
