Genetics says that you should get about % albinos and 75% "normals" (which will be 66% possible het for albino).

As far as real life goes, I'd say that it normally doesn't take more than two or three clutches before you see an albino.
After three clutches with only normal looking offspring I might begin to question if the breeders are actually hets.
