For one of them I put a small toad in the cage and she got excited, so I pulled out the toad and held a pinkie in front of her. The pinkie would have been lightly scented from the exchange, but that was it. With the other, I held a pinkie and the toad together and managed to get him to eat the pinkie instead of the toad.
